Certificate of use of the Quality Label «crete»
Produces and trades products, according to the specifications of the label "Crete" of the Agro nutritional Cooperation of the Region of Crete.
KOSHER
Kosher certificated that the food products whose production is in line with the Hebrew tradition that has its roots in the Bible. It requires compliance with a set of dietetic rules based on the choice of raw materials, the combination of ingredients and the way in which these products are produced.
AGROCERT
Agrocert is a public law organisation underthe supervision of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food in Greece. Qualified by the EU, it awards the seal 'Protected Geographical Indication'. It proves that the production, processing and preparation of a product in a specific geographical area has been carried out in accordance with a recognised and established procedure. Exceptional characteristics and quality of the labelled products are closely linked to their place of origin and production. P.D.O. corresponds to the 'protected designation of origin' and requires origin and production in the region. P.G.I. is a 'protected geographical indication' which guarantees that the final processing takes place in the designated area with high quality standards.
